The BIO SPA Blog Mission.

BIO SPA was founded in 2009 by Brian Edwards. After suffering with chronic fatigue for 7 years, and getting no relief from traditional Western medicine, Brian began researching human biology, how the body works, and what causes chronic and acute health challenges. He was able to eliminate his chronic fatigue symptoms in 2 months with 2 simple changes. He began to see patterns in how health challenges manifest and dramatically improved his own health in multiple areas. This interest quickly grew into researching beauty and longevity concerns. He has studied health, beauty and longevity for 20 years.

The whole area of wellness and anti-aging can be overwhelming, so he created this blog to present fundamental steps we all must do to achieve the most OPTIMAL health, longevity and beauty genetically possible. Most of the posts in this blog were inspired by technologies, products and lifestyle changes that worked for him, or that he has found to be credible solutions based on his research.

OPTIMAL wellness and beauty cannot be achieved by just “eating right and exercising”. We must create the right environment in our body to stimulate optimal biological results. Brian created The Younger Future Report to give simple step-by-step instructions on how to set up optimal biological health and beauty in the body. His continuing mission with BIO SPA Blog is to present solutions he continues to find that work for him and will hopefully allow you to achieve the same results.
